Privacy Policy

The PitchPing developers cannot see or access any of the personal data you save in the app. That includes your connected email account and password, passports, ID cards, driving licences, insurance policies, service records, booking documents, checklists, travel notes and any files you upload.

Your data is stored in your own account on our backend provider and is protected so that only you, when signed in, can read it. We do not log in as you, browse your files, or share them with anyone. Automated systems process your data only to run features you use (for example generating an enquiry with AI, or sending an email from your account) — never to give a human at PitchPing access to it.

If you delete an item, or delete your account, the associated data is removed from the app. You remain in control of what you store and can remove it at any time.

• Account: your email, display name and (optionally) Google profile information if you sign in with Google.
• Enquiry content: the campsite details, dates, vehicle information and messages you create in the app.
• Usage: basic technical logs (IP, browser, timestamps) to keep the service secure and running.
• Payments: if you subscribe, our payment processor collects the card details you enter; PitchPing only stores subscription status, not card numbers.

• To run your account, generate messages and show your enquiry history.
• To send you occasional service emails (account confirmations, billing receipts, important changes).
• To keep the service secure, prevent abuse and debug problems.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not send you marketing emails without your consent.

PitchPing runs on trusted third-party services acting as processors on our behalf, including:

• Hosting, database and authentication providers.
• A payment processor for the subscription (£8.99/year).
• An AI model provider to generate multilingual enquiry drafts. Only the enquiry details you enter are sent — never your account password.
• Google Maps Platform for map and place data.
• Email delivery for account and billing emails.

Some processors may host data outside the UK/EU. Where they do, appropriate safeguards are in place.

Account and enquiry data is kept while your account is active. If you delete your account we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we must retain limited records for legal, tax or fraud-prevention reasons.

You can access, correct, export or delete your PitchPing data at any time by contacting us. If you are in the UK, EU or another jurisdiction with data-protection law, you also have the right to complain to your local supervisory authority.
